ATX Pollen is licensed for personal use on Apple devices. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use ATX Pollen on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms.

ATX Pollen provides general information about pollen and air conditions. It is not medical advice. Do not use it to diagnose or treat any condition.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access beyond normal app usage.
• No misuse that could harm the service or others.

Third‑party data

We rely on external data sources such as local monitoring sources. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.

ATX Pollen is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.
